Main Riverhill Works Begin

Riverhill Main Works BeginThe main Riverhill refurbishment works have finally got underway after being delayed by the rains earlier in the year and now that Heritage Day has taken place.

Work by the main contractors began on Monday 10th September 2012 and is expected to take up to a couple of months. Because of the nature of the work, the proximity to the river and the machinery involved, the area by the river has had to be fenced off while the work is carried out, we hope everyone will bear with us while the work is taking place.

For more details of the project and to see an artists impression of how it will look, visit the Riverhill website at www.riverhill.org.uk
