The Trust is now a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation)
In January 2015 the Trust completed the transfer of assets and undertaking to the new CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) in accordance with the resolutions at the last AGM. As a result, you will notice we have a new charity number - Registered Charity Number 1158625.This is primarily an administrative change, in line with what many other charities are doing, to limit liability for individual trustees while maintaining everything else that the charity already does and stands for.
