Special Duck Race Honours Team GB Heroes

On Heritage Day this year their will be an extra duck race sponsored by Knight Frank in honour of the 65 Team GB Olympic medal winners plus one for Usain Bolt. These special BIG ducks painted gold, silver and bronze will sprint down a shorter course than the main duck race and the winner will receive £500. These special ducks will be on sale during Cobham Heritage Day on Saturday the 8th Sept 2012. Each duck will cost £20 and the proceeds will go towards the ambitious Riverhill project. This extra race will take place at 3:50pm just before the main duck race at Riverhill. Those purchasing a ticket will be able to keep their duck as a memento.

The main duck race will follow and tickets for these more modest ducks will only cost £1 each and can be purchased before and on Heritage Day. For more details on the main duck race click here .
