Additional Information: Son of Sidney and Eliza Seymour, of Cobham, Surrey.
Taken prisoner by the Japanese on 15th February, 1942 on the fall of Singapore. On 23rd March, 1943 sent from Singapore to work on the construction of the Burma-Siam railway. Died from malnutrition. Buried at Chungkai, one of the base camps along the railway and site of a hospital built by Allied prisoners of war.
