Killed flying as navigator in Mosquito NF II DD712, which took off from R.A.F. Bradwell Bay, Essex at 20:30hrs. on 28th November, 1942 for an intruder flight to Cognac in France and failed to return: it crashed at Tilloux, south-east of Cognac, cause unknown. |
